Information We Collect

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment-card information is submitted directly to Stripe and is not stored by Vibe Code Now. We retain transaction identifiers, purchase details, payment status, and information needed to provide access, receipts, refunds, and customer support.

After a completed purchase, customers outside the United States may optionally consent to receive news and promotional offers. We retain the email address, billing country, Stripe Checkout Session identifier, consent choice, wording version, and date and time so that we can document and honor that choice.

The AI Coding Starter Bundle is a complimentary subscriber welcome offer for people who affirmatively join the Vibe Code Now email community. We retain the submitted name and email address along with the consent wording, version, source, and date and time. Subscribers may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time without losing access already granted to the bundle resources.

Cookies and Advertising

We use necessary cookies and short-lived server records to operate the website and securely transfer information into checkout. With analytics consent, we assign a random first-party visitor identifier lasting up to 180 days and record sessions, page views, traffic sources, form interactions, checkout activity, and conversion events. An analytics session normally changes after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Analytics records may include a filtered page path, source code, referrer without query parameters, browser user-agent, a salted hash of the IP address, and a truncated network value. We do not store the raw IP address in the traffic analytics tables, and we do not store complete query strings there.

With advertising consent, we may also use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure advertising performance. These technologies may process browser identifiers, advertising click identifiers, IP address, browser information, and purchase-event details.

Data Retention and Security

Detailed first-party analytics records are currently retained without an automatic expiration period unless we change our retention practices or delete them in response to an applicable request or legal requirement. The pseudonymous analytics cookie expires after 180 days unless renewed or removed. Checkout handoff tokens expire after six hours; the transferred name and email are cleared from the handoff record immediately after successful redemption, and expired handoffs are deleted during later handoff activity.

We retain purchase and operational information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain transaction and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may decline optional advertising cookies, unsubscribe from promotional email using the instructions in the message, and contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Some information may need to be retained for transaction, security, or legal purposes.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
