About These Terms

These terms apply when you visit vibecodenow.ai or purchase products or services from Vibe Code Now, which is operated by C Solutions. By using the website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Products and Access

Product descriptions, prices, billing frequency, included materials, and access details are presented before checkout. Digital access is intended for the purchaser and may not be shared, resold, copied, or distributed unless we give written permission.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Charges may appear as C Solutions on your payment statement. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and authorize the amount shown during checkout.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Contact hello@vibecodenow.ai with billing or refund questions.

Membership Cancellation

Community and group coaching memberships renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel future renewals at any time. Access continues through the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments.

Educational Disclaimer

Our products provide educational information and demonstrations. We do not guarantee particular technical, employment, business, income, or other results. Outcomes depend on factors including your participation, equipment, prior knowledge, and the third-party tools you use.

Third-Party Services

The training may refer to third-party software, AI tools, websites, or services. Their availability, pricing, features, and terms are controlled by their providers and may change. You are responsible for reviewing and following their terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, use purchased materials unlawfully, or violate the rights of Vibe Code Now, C Solutions, or another person.

Service Availability

We may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue website features or training materials when reasonably necessary. We work to keep services available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibe Code Now and C Solutions are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, training, or third-party tools.
